Tuğçe Tayfur, daughter of the late artist Ferdi Tayfur, and her husband Muhammet Aydın, are once again facing accusations of fraud and forgery of official documents. The couple, who previously made headlines regarding their father's inheritance, are alleged to have defrauded numerous individuals through a brand they established.
It is claimed that Tuğçe Tayfur and Muhammet Aydın received a 5 million lira promissory note from a citizen with a promise of business partnership, which was subsequently protested. Following this, they allegedly received substantial sums of money from an individual named Ö.A. by promising him a dealership. When Ö.A. did not receive the promised goods in return for his payment, he filed a complaint, leading to a lawsuit against the couple on charges of fraud, issuing fake invoices, and forgery of official documents.
Responding to the fraud allegations, Tuğçe Tayfur stated that they incurred losses due to a brand lawsuit filed by her father before his passing. Tayfur mentioned that they sent products to the opened dealerships and did not even receive payment for some of them. She asserted that they are working to prevent further victimization and that the claims are not true.
