Actress Ezgi Eyüboğlu, who was detained as part of an investigation targeting famous personalities and tested positive for drugs, has responded for the first time to the allegations against her. Eyüboğlu, previously known for her roles in productions like 'Teşkilat', 'Gizli Bahçe', 'Muhteşem Yüzyıl', and 'İntikam', has broken her silence regarding the substances claimed to have been found at her home.
Responding to a user's comment on social media that read, "How did all that stuff come out of this girl's house?", Eyüboğlu firmly stated that no substances were found at her residence. The actress claimed that items seized from the homes of individuals unrelated to her were misrepresented as originating from her own home. Eyüboğlu suggested that this was done to attract more attention and that her photos were used in this context.
Continuing her statement, Ezgi Eyüboğlu asserted, "Nothing came from my home. They portrayed what came from the homes of people who have nothing to do with me as if it came from my home to gain more attention, using my photos." The actress emphasized that in today's era, one must think multiple times before believing a news story.
