While emotional moments were shared at the grave of his father, Ferdi Tayfur, his son Taha Tayfur responded to journalists' questions. Initially reluctant to answer questions concerning his sister, Tuğçe Tayfur, Taha Tayfur eventually made a striking confession under persistent questioning from reporters. When asked if he was resentful towards his sister, Taha Tayfur stated, "Yes, I am resentful. Our father was also resentful," hinting at internal family tensions.

Tuğçe Tayfur Aydın, the daughter of Ferdi Tayfur from his marriage to Necla Nazır, had previously made strong accusations against her brother, Taha Tayfur. Claiming that Taha Tayfur was profiting from their father's legacy, Tuğçe Tayfur had said, "The difference between you and me is this: I earn money with my voice, you earn money by using my father's efforts. We have placed an injunction on Ferdifon company. You can no longer own digital rights. And this amount was between 2 to 2.5 million Turkish Liras every three months. Once this was cut, you immediately said, 'Let's release an album, let's earn money from albums,' but that won't happen either. We have infinite faith in Turkish justice. You are exploiting my father's goodwill, making money off my father."

Meanwhile, Tuğçe Tayfur shared an emotional post on her social media account, expressing her longing for her father, Ferdi Tayfur. Recalling an anecdote related to the snowfall in Istanbul during her university years, Tuğçe Tayfur mentioned her father's support and wrote, "It snowed in Istanbul, father. It snowed so much when I was at university, and I had my final exams. But I was afraid of how I would get there by car, the roads were icy and snowy. You came and said, 'Don't bother getting ready, you can't go anywhere in this snow and cold.' I said, 'Daddy, there's an exam, an exaammm.' You laughed and said, 'Your voice is beautiful, you can sing a song and make up for your exam later.' Oh, my father, my open wound. We are the ones who are far from home in this world.
